The following paragraphs are about adjusting SimFlyers sceneries or World Airports to FS 2004 AI traffic. The files that will fix your AI traffic at SimFlyers sceneries have been created and modified by the Freeware program AFCAD2 by Lee Swordy. Thanks Lee for this great tool! The AFCAD utility is available for download at Avsim.com.
For download please right-click the link, select "Save as..." from the pop-up menu and save the file to your hard disk. |

INSTALLATION |

| SimFlyers download scenery users please do the following: | ||
| 1 - preparing the scenery | ||
| This paragraph only applies if you have downloaded the scenery package before 1st February 2004. | ||
| In a first step you will need to remove the navaids from the scenery. We are providing small update programs which will do this for you. Please select the appropriate package from the links below. | ||

| 2. applying the AFCAD file | ||

Select a file from above and copy it to your hard disk. If the file is a ZIP package with more than one BGL file included please extract the BGL file(s) from the ZIP. Then copy the BGL file that you wish to use (only one file per scenery!) into the folder |

Uninstall |

These fixes automatically will be uninstalled when uninstalling the scenery. |

| World Airports users please do the following: | ||
| Please ensure you are using the latest World Airports update for FS 2004. This update 02 is available from Just Flight. | ||
| Check the scenery folder for any existing AI traffic fixes and remove them. Browse for folder | ||
|
[FS2004]\scenedb\WorldAirports\xxxx\scenery\ |
||
|
... where [FS2004] is your Flight Simulator 2004 main folder and xxxx is the relevant scenery folder (e.g. \EGCC\ for Manchester etc.). There you'll find a file starting with AF2_ Please remove it. This is to avoid that the old file and the one you are just about to install are interfering with each other. Select a file from above and copy it to your hard disk. If the file is a ZIP package with more than one BGL file included please extract the BGL file(s) from the ZIP. Then copy the BGL file that you wish to use (only one file per scenery!) into the folder |
