If you think you have information or pictures that may help us put together more realistic and accurate projects, and you want to send them on to us, then please keep the following points in mind

+ We are especially looking for information of the following kind:
- airside views of the terminal(s)
- roadside views
- aerial views and overviews
- night views
- views of technical, cargo, fireguard, administration areas
- ground park markings
- docking guidance systems
- jetways

+ To submit information or pictures please click on one of the relevant email links below and email your material to the relevant developer directly.
+ All data must be of a nature that would be readily accessible to the general public. Data must not be sent that has originated from non-public or secure sources. Of course you may submit self-made pictures as long as they do not conflict with public laws, local restrictions etc.

But please do not send photos from www.airliners.net, as this is a source to which we already have access.

+ We are sorry, but we may not be able to acknowledge all of your emails. If your data has been of such a quality that it helps our developers then we will contact you as soon as possible.
+ The simflyers webmaster will have the ultimate decision as to whether or not free registration keys to our products are issued to contributors. But rest assured, if your data is useful, we WILL send the reg key and publish recipients names on the scenery download page and in the credits section of the documentation (with recipients permission).

Please note: An information to us is useful when we did not already have it and/or when it represents some "rare" valuable information. For example a single picture of an important but "hidden" part of the airport might be more valuable to us than dozenz of pictures of the main terminal. Please be aware that we will do the best for a fair judgment of this but please also accept our decision whether or not to "award" a free registration.
+ We reserve the right to keep your data on file for future reference.

In case of too many users not accepting the terms above we'll be forced to cancel this action which on the one hand will result in less detail of our sceneries and in general no free registrations granted anymore. We'd like to avoid that.
