After downloading and installing you can find this new feature at the airports of Manchester, Philadelphia and Newark.

Here's an example (Manchester).

Each airport now has two or more de-icing areas for convenient de-icing before takeoff. Click on the red dots in the map to zoom in.

The de-icing feature is included in th emain scenery packages, so no separate download is required.
